Dear client,

In answer to your request regarding your online payment in Banesto, we inform you that we need the certificates provided by you bank entity to make it works.

Once you send us these certificates, we will be able to  install them in the server to make it works correctly. However, as you carried out a product change last March, 2nd 2013 to a Professional Plan, you won’t be able to use it unless you change again your plan to a superior one.

Moreover, we inform you that when installing the certificates, your online payment won’t be working because your service ECOM, as we have already told you in other occasions, is redirected to Google. To make the service works correctly, it is necessary that it redirects to arsys and not to Google.

We would like to remain you also that you must revise the configuration of your service as well as the applications installed to have a correctly functioning.

We remain at your disposal for further information.

AS ANYONE CAN SEE ( ABOVE ) THE ECOM SERVICE IS USING ARSYS IP.

WE HAVE A TEST SITE USING A SUBDOMAIN - WHICH IS HOSTED IN GOOGLE´S SERVERS - LIGHTENING FAST - GREAT TECH SERVICE - IT IS WONDERFUL - AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FAMOUS ARSYS ECOM PRODUCT RUN AROUNDS.
